The last aspect of our design philosophy is to aim for a minimalistic aesthetic. We noticed that when it comes to leather bags and goods there are a lack of products that have minimalism at the forefront. We design our products to look simple and clean. No embossed logos on the exterior, no unnecessary straps or hardware, no gaudy colours, and no zips that don’t actually open anything. The interior of our bags have a nice, simple lining.
We chose our veg tanned leather for its simplicity and beautiful colours. No artificially corrected grain, no excessive sheen, and no exotic leathers such as ostrich or bison (!!). All our current bags and wallets are comprised of classic and timeless colours: Kahurangi Blue, Mutsu Tan, Kuriro Maroon-Brown, Pititi Peach and Sang Black.
